[origin: EP2431527A1] The element (1) has a flattened parallelepiped body (2) bent towards the bottom and formed from plastic material by extrusion blowing. A hollow foot (3) extends laterally from the body, and is formed from plastic material by injection. The body and the foot receive ballasting loads such as sand load, of the element. The body and the foot define three support points to form a tripod element. The body has a ballasting load reservoir (5) arranged opposite the support points with respect to a curved flattened prism shaped base (4). Material excess zones are arranged at the level of the points.
