Abstract (en)
The method involves preparing a vertical element i.e. inner and outer vertical wall elements (12, 18), of formwork (10) determining thickness of wall to be realized and preparing an earthy material (22) to prepare a mixture comprising a silt earth i.e. clayey and/or sandy silt earth, in a proportion of 70 to 98 percentage, natural or artificial quick lime in a proportion of 1 to 10 percentage and cement in the proportion of 1 to 15 percentage for obtaining the material. A cavity (20) of the element is filled with a material, and the material is placed and dried. The formwork is removed.

L'invention propose un procédé de fabrication d'au moins un mur vertical à base de terre, comportant au moins une première étape de préparation d'un élément (12, 18) de coffrage (10) sensiblement vertical déterminant l'épaisseur du mur à réaliser, une deuxième étape de préparation d'un matériau terreux (22) au cours de laquelle on prépare un mélange comportant au moins de la terre de limon, de la chaux vive, et du ciment, pour obtenir ledit matériau, et successivement au moins une troisième étape de remplissage d'une cavité (20) de l'élément (12, 18) de coffrage (10) avec le matériau, au moins une quatrième étape de mise en place du matériau, une cinquième étape de séchage du matériau et une sixième étape de démontage du coffrage (10), le mélange préparé comportant au moins de 70 à 98% de terre de limon argileuse et/ou sablonneuse, 1 à 10% de chaux vive, et 1 à 15% de ciment.
