Abstract (en)
The thermal insulation layer structure (1) has a base layer (5) made of porous material, whose lower side surface (11) is adhered on a surface (6) of steam turbine component (7). Several grooves (2) are formed on the lower side surface of base layer, such that several tile portions (4) of specific shape and size are formed from porous material. The thermal expansion of the steam turbine component is compensated by the elastic deformation of the porous material. An independent claim is included for method for forming thermal insulation layer structure for steam turbine component.

Mittels eines speziellen Verfahrens zum Aufspritzen einer Thermoisolationsschicht sind bei einer Thermoisolationsschicht (1) für eine Dampfturbinenkomponente (7), mit einer Basisschicht (5) aus einem porösen Material und einer Unterseite (11), mit der die Basisschicht (5) auf einer Oberfläche (6) der Dampfturbinenkomponente (7) angehaftet ist, an der Unterseite in der Basisschicht (5) Nuten (2) derart ausgebildet, dass von den Nuten (2) eine Mehrzahl an Kacheln (4) aus dem porösen Material geformt sind, die in Größe und Form derart dimensioniert sind, dass eine Wärmeausdehnung der Dampfturbinenkomponente (7) durch elastische Verformung des porösen Materials kompensierbar ist.
