The method has a plasma torch (2) inserted in a metal housing of a bomb (4) or a missile. A nozzle (2.2) is formed in the plasma torch for electrical cutting of work pieces. A plasma jet (3) is arranged between the nozzle and the bomb, where an additional electrode (7) is inserted in the plasma jet.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Öffnen, Entschärfen und/oder Ausbrennen von Sprengstoff enthaltenden Bomben (4) oder Geschossen (4), bei dem zum Öffnen des Metallgehäuses einer Bombe (4) oder eines Geschosses (4) mindestens ein Plasmabrenner (2) eingesetzt wird.
