Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2433717A1] The apparatus (1) has application roller (4) for applying the adhesive, and a metering roller (6) for metering of the adhesive. A tapered gap is supplied with the adhesive, and a feed system for supplying adhesive to the gap is connected to the gap. The application roller is formed with an outer coating (5) such as rubber coating for preventing diffusion of water constituents of the dispersion adhesive (30) into the applicator roller.
