Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2433747A1] The method involves grinding each edge of a glass plate by one or two grinding units (21,22) arranged behind one another in the passage direction of the glass plate. A coolant flow is directed from the side of the glass plate to a grinding tool. The coolant flow is divided into multiple separate coolant flow lines. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus for grinding the mutually parallel edges of glass plates.
