[origin: EP2433764A1] A hair cutter (1) comprises: a body housing (2); a motor (3) put in the body housing; a stationary cutter (5) fixed to the body housing to extend outwardly; a movable cutter (6) adapted to be driven by the motor to slide against the stationary cutter; a hair collection chamber (21) for collecting hairs sheared with the movable cutter and the stationary cutter; and a cover (8) for opening and shutting the hair collection chamber. The cover is adapted, when the cover is moved to open the hair collection chamber, to be moved back to an opposite side of the body housing with respect to a virtual plane perpendicular to an anterior end of the movable cutter.
