Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2433886A2] The method involves lifting one of residual glass panels (19) from storage elements in a storage compartment during removal of the panels from the compartment. One of the panels is forwardly transported to a preset distance in a removal direction and again deposited on a residual glass free storage element. One of the panels provided in the compartment is lifted from the storage elements during filling the compartment and rearwardly transported to a preset distance deep into the compartment in an insertion direction. One of the panels is again deposited on the glass free storage element. An independent claim is also included for a device for operating a temporary storage for residual glass panels.
