[origin: EP2434081A1] The device has a seal preformed to match shape of ends of sections of woodwork assemblies and partially covered to form a continuous surface, where the sections are identical. The seal is preformed on its central zone, so as to form folds (310) arranged radially around a diverging center arranged outside a middle of a connection zone between the two sections. The folds allow its deployment and withdrawal regardless of deformation and/or angular position followed by the sections.
