The device (1) has a lighting block (10) including a hollow base (13) housing a light source, and a bracket (20) with a lateral wall (26) that is distinct from a fixation part (21). A securing unit is provided on the bracket for fixing rigidity of a junction box (50) against the lateral wall of the bracket, so that an cable outlet opening of the junction box is extended opposite to a cable inlet opening (27) of the bracket.

L'invention concerne une patère (20) pour la fixation d'un bloc d'éclairage (10) à une paroi quelconque, comportant : - une partie de fixation (21) équipée de moyens de fixation (24) à la paroi quelconque, et - une partie de support (22) équipée de premiers moyens d'assujettissement (25) dudit bloc d'éclairage. Selon l'invention, la patère comporte en outre : - une paroi latérale (26) distincte de ladite partie de fixation, qui est percée d'au moins une ouverture d'entrée de câble (27), et - des seconds moyens d'assujettissement d'une boîte de dérivation (50), adaptés à fixer ladite boîte de dérivation contre ladite paroi latérale en vis-à-vis de ladite ouverture d'entrée de câble.
