[origin: EP2434509A2] The device has a housing (2), and an actuating element (3) for manual actuation of the device. The actuating element is rotatably supported in the housing between an on position and an off position. A locking device (10) is pivotably supported in the housing between an unlocking position and a locking position. The locking device cooperates with the actuating element by pivot movement in the locking position such that the actuating element is locked. The locking device includes a section (11) with a point-like recess (13) engaged in a groove-like retainer (4) of the actuating element.
