The piece of jewelry (2) is characterized in that the wire-like mounting (16) has a bore (17) located in the body (5), in that it further includes an oblong stopping element (22), which extends transversely in the body (5) while passing through the bore (17) formed in the wire-like mounting (16), and in that the stopping element (22) is engaged with stopping surfaces (13) formed in the body (5).
