Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2010136884A2] The load-bearing frame (1) of the balcony in top view has square "C" shape with the side arms ended with connecting joints. The joints have footing plates (4) with holes for anchors (5) mounted by adhesive- bonded joint with chemical hardening agent to the floor ring beam (7) of the building. The floor panel (3) is founded on the standing out to the inside along the three sides of the load-bearing frame (1) horizontal support (8). It is represented by the composite panel with the core of insulating material and with sheet metal plating. Side ends of the railing upper arms have vertical plates (9) with the hole for the anchor (10) mounted by adhesive-bonded joint with chemical hardening agent to vertical element that is joined with floor ring beams (7) or floor slabs of the adjacent floors, in particular in the inner pillar (11) or the division wall (12). Balcony solution according to the present utility model minimizes dead weight, and the construction works being launched only from the outside of the building are easy and not labor- absorbing.
