Abstract (en)
The alarm has a measuring chamber (4) that detects fire characteristic e.g. smoke particle, and outputs a detection signal (DS) corresponding with the characteristic. A negative temperature coefficient-based temperature sensor (9) is connected with a microcontroller (10) to detect temperature in an area of the alarm. A transmission unit (5) outputs an alarm- or warning signal (AL) when the detection signal exceeds a preset minimum detection value (MIN). The microcontroller outputs an inspection signal (TEST) when significant temperature drop is detected at the time of exceedance of the value. A presence detector e.g. proximity sensor and radio frequency identification (RFID) reader, outputs a switching signal to the evaluation unit. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a fire alarm control center with a set of fire alarms (2) a method for recognizing a fire alarm inspection by a fire alarm.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Brandmelder (2) mit einer Detektoreinheit (4) zur Detektion einer Brandkenngrösse wie Rauchpartikel oder brandtypische Gase sowie zur Ausgabe eines mit der Brandkenngrösse korrespondierenden Detektorsignals (DS). Er weist eine mit der Detektoreinheit (4) verbundene Auswerteeinheit (10) zur Auswertung des Detektorsignals (DS) und zumindest einen mit der Auswerteeinheit (10) verbundenen Temperatursensor (9) zur Erfassung der Temperatur (T) im Bereich des Brandmelders (2) auf. Er umfasst weiterhin eine Sendeeinheit (5) zum Ausgeben einer Alarm- oder Warnmeldung (AL) für den Fall, dass das Detektorsignal (DS) einen vorgegebenen Mindestdetektionswert (MIN) überschreitet. Erfindungsgemäss ist die Auswerteeinheit (10) dazu eingerichtet, eine Inspektionsmeldung (TEST) auszugeben, wenn zur etwa gleichen Zeit ein signifikanter Temperaturabfall (SF) detektierbar ist.
