[origin: WO2010139842A1] Apparatus and method for communication are provided. The solution comprises receiving information regarding the type of data traffic to be transmitted by a radio node, the data traffic comprising data packets; receiving information on radio resources available to the radio node for transmission of data packets; and controlling the radio node to transmit more than one instance of a data packet on different radio resources at the same time, the control being based on the type of the data traffic.
