Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2439363A2] The panic push rod has housing with an upper part and a lower part, where the upper part and the lower part are movable relative to each other. A stop damper is provided between the upper part and lower part, which prevents a contact between the upper part and the lower part during triggering of the panic push rod. The stop damper is made of plastic, particularly foam plastic or polyurethane.
