Abstract (en)
The rotor blade (1) has a turbine blade (2) with a blade front edge (3), a blade tip (4) and a cover plate (5), where the cover plate has a base plate (7) that is attached to the blade tip of the turbine blade and is arranged parallel to a machine axis (8) of the steam turbine in an installed state. A shield plate (6) is formed upstream of the blade front edge on the base plate.
Abstract (de)
Eine Laufschaufel (1) für eine Dampfturbine weist ein Schaufelblatt (2), das eine Schaufelvorderkante (3) und eine Schaufelspitze (4) aufweist, und einer Deckplatte (5) auf. Die Deckplatte (5) weist eine Grundplatte (7), die an der Schaufelspitze (4) des Schaufelblatts (2) angebracht und im Wesentlichen parallel zur Maschinenachse (8) der Dampfturbine im Einbauzustand ist, und eine Schildplatte (6) auf, die stromauf der Schaufelvorderkante (3) an der Grundplatte (7) und von dieser radial nach innen vorstehend ausgebildet ist, so dass die Schaufelspitze (4) mit ihrem Bereich der Schaufelvorderkante (3) im Windschatten der Schildplatte (6) liegt, wenn die Laufschaufel (1) von einer Hauptdampfströmung der Dampfturbine angeströmt ist.
