The turbulator insert (1) has a tubular heat transfer surfaces and a body (3) that is convoluted around a longitudinal axis of the turbulator insert. The body has two parts (4,5), which are designed connectably relative to each other in a moving manner. A connector (6) is designed between the both parts of the body in detachable manner.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wirbulatoreinsatz (1) für Wärmetauscher mit rohrförmigen Wärmedurchgangsflächen (2), umfassend einen um die Längsachse des Wirbulatoreinsatzes (1) gewundenen Körper (3), wobei der Körper (3) aus wenigstens zwei Teilen (4, 5) besteht, welche relativ zueinander beweglich verbindbar ausgestaltet sind.
