[origin: WO2010142264A1] On a gripper weaving machine, two weft threads (4, 5) are selected simultaneously from a number of weft threads for a web cycle according to a pattern, and presented to a bringer gripper head, gripped by same, and introduced into a shed (22). The weft threads (4, 5) are guided and clamped in the bringer gripper head (1) by separate elements, and positioned in such a way that they remain separated during the introduction of the weft.
