[origin: EP2441368A2] The domestic dishwasher includes a washing tub provided with wash baskets for holding the to-be-cleaned objects. A spray arm (7) is arranged eccentrically below the wash rack (5) along the transverse center of the dishwasher, for discharging cleaning agents such as solid form detergents stored in a receptacle. A door is arranged remotely from the region of the washing tub, and an additional spraying unit (8) with one or more outlet openings for spraying water and/or rinse liquid is arranged in the horizontal plane of the spray arm.
