Abstract (en)
The tool (1) has a cavity (2) that is formed between half sections (3,4). Pins (5) arranged on the half sections are replaced. The upper pin portion (8) and the lower pin portion (11) of the replaceable pins are fixed on projection portions (13,13') that are provided on half portions. The pins arranged on the inner walls (16,19) are projected outwards. The pin portions are fixed on projection portions by clamping, welding or brazing process. An independent claim is included for manufacturing method of core.

Durch den modularen inneren Aufbau eines Kernwerkzeugs (1) kann das Kernwerkzeug (1) durch kleine Änderungen den gewünschten Änderungen des Kerns schneller und einfacher angepasst werden, als wäre es nur einteilig oder die Stifte fester Bestandteil der Kernwerkzeughälften.
