Abstract (en)

The method involves forming a stack from multiple coins (10) of equal measurement. A coin roll (4) is supported on two bearings (2,3), where the force (7) is applied on the coin roll against the bearings. The coin roll is bent in its longitudinal axis. A cover (9) is ruptured by applying shear stress for emptying the coin roll. An independent claim is also included for a device for opening of a coin roll.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von Münzrollen, bestehend aus einer endlichen Zahl von Münzen gleicher Abmessungen, die einen Stapel bilden und von einer Umhüllung umschlossen sind. Nach der Erfindung werden solche Münzrollen auf beabstandet zueinander angeordnete Auflager gelegt und zwischen den Auflagern aus einer Oppositionsstellung eine Kraft in die Münzrolle eingeleitet, die diese durchbiegt, bis die Umhüllung der Münzrolle reißt und dieselbe sich entleert.
