[origin: EP2441714A1] The stroke auger (1) has housing (3) having sleeve-shaped vacuum generator (20) with axial inlet (21), axial outlet (22) and radial suction port (23). The compressed air connection (5) is operatively connected with inlet, so that compressed air supplied to vacuum generator axially flowed through inlet. The suction port is connected with suction surface (8) for to-be-processed sheets. The upper pressure chamber (11) is connected to housing, such that spring element (7) carrying lifting piston (4) by impingement of chamber with compressed air relative to housing is axially displaced. An independent claim is included for arc-processing machine.
