[origin: EP2442017A1] A headlight (1) for vehicles is disclosed, comprising a lamp (2), a rotating screen (9) adapted to rotate to partially dim the light beam, and a solenoid actuator (4) comprising a stator (5) fixed to a fixed flange (3) and a rotor (6) connected to said rotating screen (9), said solenoid actuator (4) being actuated by the vehicle's driver by means of a specific control to cause the rotation of said rotating screen (9). The rotor (6) of the solenoid actuator (4) is revolvingly mounted around said stator (5) in such a way that the stator is inside the rotor.
