The head plate apparatus (6) has a cylindrical head plate disk (13) with openings for pilot nozzle (8) and a ring (15) with same outer radius as the head plate disk. The ring is coaxially arranged in a distance to the head plate disk, so that an area is defined between the head plate disk and the ring. A plate (14) mounted between the head plate disk and ring is displaceable in radial direction with openings for pilot nozzle in the area and is fixed in axial direction. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a jet burner with a premixing nozzle carrier; and (2) a method for manufacturing a pilot nozzle carrier.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kopfplattenvorrichtung (6) für einen Pilotdüsenträger (4), umfassend eine im Wesentlichen zylindrische Kopfplattenscheibe (13) mit Öffnungen (7) für Pilotdüsen (8) und einen Ring (15) mit im Wesentlichen gleichem Außenradius wie die Kopfplattenscheibe (13), der koaxial in einem Abstand zur Kopfplattenscheibe (13) angeordnet ist, so dass ein Bereich (25) zwischen der Kopfplattenscheibe (13) und dem Ring (15) definiert wird, wobei eine zwischen Kopfplattenscheibe (13) und Ring (15) gelagerte Platte (14) mit Öffnungen für Pilotdüsen (20) in diesem Bereich (25) in radialer Richtung verschiebbar und in axialer Richtung fixierbar ist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner einen Pilotdüsenträger (4) und einen Strahlbrenner (1) sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Pilotdüsenträgers (4).
