The process for applying a projectile (2) and a propellant charge (3) separated from the projectile into a loading chamber (1.1) of a weapon, comprises moving the projectile by applying a fixing power into the loading chamber, and transferring the fixing power on the projectile via the propellant charge. The propellant charge comprises a unit for transmitting the fixing power, and consists of a front propellant charge module (3.1) and a rear propellant charge module (3.6). The unit for transmitting the fixing power is formed by a housing of the propellant charge. The process for applying a projectile (2) and a propellant charge (3) separated from the projectile into a loading chamber (1.1) of a weapon, comprises moving the projectile by applying a fixing power into the loading chamber, and transferring the fixing power on the projectile via the propellant charge. The propellant charge comprises a unit for transmitting the fixing power, and consists of a front propellant charge module (3.1) and a rear propellant charge module (3.6). The unit for transmitting the fixing power is formed by a housing of the propellant charge. An adaptor is arranged between a bottom of the projectile and the propellant charge and adapted at its front side to the shape of the projectile bottom and on its rear side to the shape of the front wall of the propellant charge. The front propellant charge module is present on the front side on the bottom of the projectile. The fixing power is applied over the rear propellant charge module. An independent claim is included for an apparatus for applying a projectile and a propellant charge.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Ansetzen eines Geschosses (2) und einer vom Geschoss (2) getrennten Treibladung (3) in den Ladungsraum (1.1) einer Waffe, wobei das Geschoss (2) unter Aufbringung einer Ansetzkraft (F) in den Ladungsraum (1.1) bewegt wird und wobei die Ansetzkraft (K) über die Treibladung (3) auf das Geschoss (2) übertragen wird. Einen weiteren Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Vorrichtung zum Ansetzen eines Geschosses (2) und einer Treibladung (3) nach einem solchen Verfahren, welche eine Ladeschale zur gleichzeitigen Aufnahme des Geschoss (1) und der Treibladung (3) aufweist.
