[origin: EP2442337A1] The device has a case (1) comprising a bit (3) secured to a semi-lock cylinder (2). The bit drives a rectangular parallelepiped movable carriage (6) in rectilinear displacement transverse to a rotation axis (2') of the semi-cylinder during rotation of the bit. The carriage has biasing surfaces (7, 7') arranged in contact with one of switches (5, 5') by the displacement of the carriage so as to bias the switch in a permanent or momentary manner by a removable leaf spring (16) for allowing the carriage to return automatically to a neutral or central unbiased position.
