[origin: WO2010146275A2] The invention relates to a method for synthesising a noise environment in a vehicle, including: a step of selecting a stored original acoustic signal (sso1, sso2); a step of extracting a plurality of portions of said original acoustic signal, by applying a sliding time window (F1 to F9) according to the driving parameter or parameters (pc) of the vehicle; a step of synthesising a restored acoustic signal over time using said portions of said original acoustic signal (sso1, sso2).
