Abstract (en)
The device has a filter arrangement (17) arranged at a drainage system (12) and guiding process water from a tub along a forward direction (20) in a cleaning phase and in a filter phase. The arrangement guides the process water along a rearward direction (21) in another filter phase. The filter arrangement has smaller filter effect along the forward direction than the filter effect along the rearward direction. A discharge pump (8) is operated in the former filter phase. Water level in the system is increased during the former filter phase and decreased during the latter filter phase. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a household device.
