The thermoforming packaging machine (1) has a stretching station (12) for stretching a sheet (11) with a heating device, a printing mark sensor and a clamping device. The stretching station has a film cooling device with a cooling plate. The film cooling device lies on another side of the sheet than the heating device. An independent claim is also included for a method for stretching a sheet on a thermoforming machine.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Tiefziehverpackungsmaschine (1) zum Recken einer Folienbahn (11) sowie auf ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Tiefziehverpackungsmaschine (1), wobei eine Reckstation (12) mit einer Heizeinrichtung (23) vorgesehen ist, und nach dem Recken der Folienbahn (11) diese mittels einer Folienkühlvorrichtung (24) aktiv gekühlt wird.
