[origin: EP2444578A2] The assembly has a positioning arm (20) connected with a frame part (12), and a control drive designed as a rotary drive that comprises wheel elements (28, 30) i.e. toothed wheels, and an intermediate element (32) e.g. toothed belt. One of the wheel elements is arranged in a region of a pivotal axle (24) and rotatably connected with the frame part, and another wheel element is arranged in a region of another pivotal axle (26) and rotatably connected with a wing part (16). The wheel elements are coupled with each other to form the rotary drive via the intermediate element. The toothed belt is designed as a chain, wedge belt or flat belt. An independent claim is also included for a window and door comprising a fitting assembly.
