Abstract (en)
The pump has a pump head (1) in which a deformable membrane (5) defines a pumping chamber (2). A pump body (6) defines a hydraulic working chamber (7) with the membrane. A piston (8) is mounted to move in the body along to and fro movement for forming a controlled movable wall of the working chamber. The movable wall has an annular membrane (9) secured to a head of piston and the body so as to assure sealing of the working chamber. A membrane (10) is placed between the piston and the body to form a closed chamber (11) with the annular membrane for hydraulic coupling between the membranes.

Pompe à membrane à commande hydraulique comportant : - une tête de pompe (1) dans laquelle une membrane déformable (5) délimite une chambre (2) de pompage, - un corps de pompe (6) qui délimite avec la membrane (5) une chambre hydraulique de travail (7), - un piston (8), monté mobile selon un mouvement de va et vient dans le corps (6) de pompe, pour former une paroi mobile commandée de la chambre de travail (7). La paroi mobile comporte également au moins une membrane (9), solidaire de la tête du piston (8) et du corps (6) de la pompe, qui assure l'étanchéité de la chambre de travail (7).
