The device has an exhaust duct (22) formed between an air duct cover (14) and an exhauster base plate (8). The duct includes a front-sided outlet (33) arranged above a door (4) of a cooking appliance (1). The door is inwardly ventilated between two partial elements (44, 45). A ramp (25) is formed at the outlet and produces an air flow to the outlet, where the air flow flows at an upper side (47) of the door. Air from interior (46) of the door is sucked by the air flow over an opening (48) in the upper side of the door. A flow nozzle is formed by the ramp and geometry of the outlet. A metallic lid part (29) is arranged at the front-sided outlet.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Ausblasung von Wrasen aus einem Gargerät (1), mit einer Lüfterbodenplatte (8), und einem Abluftkanal (22), welcher durch eine Luftschachtabdeckung (14, 14') abgedeckt ist, und zumindest bereichsweise zwischen der Luftschachtabdeckung (14, 14') und der Lüfterbodenplatte (8) ausgebildet ist, und der Abluftkanal (22) einen frontseitigen Auslass (33) aufweist, welcher oberhalb einer Tür (4) des Gargeräts (1) angeordnet ist, welche zwischen zumindest zwei Teilelementen (44, 45) innen belüftbar ist, wobei an dem frontseitigen Auslass (33) eine den Strömungsquerschnitt des Abluftkanals (22) vermindernde Rampe (25) ausgebildet ist, durch welche am Auslass (33) eine an einer Oberseite (47) der Tür (4) vorbeiströmende Luftströmung (P1) erzeugbar ist, durch welche definiert über eine Öffnung (48) in der Oberseite (47) Luft aus dem Inneren (46) der Tür (4) mittels der Luftströmung (P1) absaugbar ist. Die Erfindung betrifft auch einen Backofen (1) mit einer entsprechenden Vorrichtung (6).
