Abstract (en)

The method involves controlling one of inverter devices by a control unit and supplying alternating voltage to an induction cook top, where the cook top includes a power supply system producing rectified and filtered supply voltage (V2) from the voltage. Change of control (10) of the device is performed by a control unit when instantaneous value of the supply voltage of the device ranges between periodic minimum and 20 percent higher than the periodic minimum, where the change of control designates starting, modification of frequency or duty cycle or stop of control signals of the device. An independent claim is also included for an induction cook top comprising an inverter device.

Une table de cuisson à induction alimentée par une tension alternative comporte au moins un système d'alimentation produisant une tension redressée et filtrée (V2), chaque système d'alimentation alimente au moins un dispositif à onduleur. Le procédé de commande comprend une étape de modification (10) de la commande dudit au moins un dispositif à onduleur lorsque la valeur instantanée de ladite tension redressée et filtrée (V2) d'alimentation dudit au moins un dispositif à onduleur est comprise entre le minima périodique et 20% de plus que ledit minima périodique ; ladite modification de la commande dudit au moins un dispositif à onduleur désignant le démarrage, la modification de la fréquence ou du rapport cyclique, ou l'arrêt du ou des signaux de commande dudit au moins un dispositif à onduleur.
