[origin: WO2010149880A2] The invention relates to a publication insert which includes a leaflet made up of four panels (9, 10, 11, 12), two outer panels (9, 12) and two inner panels (10, 11), the two outer panels having the same height and width, the two inner panels having the same height and width, the panels being interconnected by scoring (13, 14, 15), the two outer panels being extended by a strip of joints (17, 18) along the edge opposite the scoring with the inner panel, and the width of an inner panel being less than the width of an outer panel. The invention also relates to a publication including such an insert, in which the strips of joints are enclosed in the binding joint.
