[origin: WO2010149696A1] The invention relates to a liquid alkaline cleaning agent preparation A for the automatic dosing during machine dishwashing or machine washing of textiles, comprising a) 15 to 60% by weight of a builder, b) < 10% by weight of phosphate and c) 30 to 80% by weight of water. These cleaning agents have a good thermal stability and are therefore suitable for automatic dosing methods used for machine dishwashing and machine washing of textiles and are furthermore characterized by a substantially improved cleaning performance as compared to conventional methods.
