Abstract (en)
The binding has a front stop (7) comprising a body mounted to slide vertically relative to a front base (300) connected to a ski. The body defines an upper stop i.e. edge (761) for the boot. A screw (501) adjusts a vertical position of the body, where the screw is operable by user at the level of upper part of the body. A lever is pivotally mounted relative to the body about a vertical axis between a boot-retaining position and a boot release position. A helical compression spring (726) is transversely mounted in the body, and biases the lever toward the boot-retaining position.

L'invention concerne une fixation de sécurité (1) pour la pratique du ski, comprenant une butée avant (7) comportant : - un corps (700) monté coulissant verticalement par rapport à un socle avant (300) lié au ski et définissant une butée supérieure (761) pour une chaussure ; - un dispositif de réglage (501) de la position verticale du corps (700), manipulable par l'utilisateur au niveau de la partie supérieure du corps ; - au moins un levier monté pivotant par rapport au corps (700) autour d'un axe sensiblement vertical entre une position de maintien et une position de libération d'une chaussure ; - un ressort (726) monté transversalement dans le corps et sollicitant le levier vers sa position de maintien de chaussure.
