Abstract (en)
The device (1) comprises a clamping device (3) whose lower portion (7) rests on threading table (2) so as to form a run-up slope for uncoiled metal strip. The position of head of strip (4) is defined. An upper portion (8) of clamping device is pivoted on the lower portion, in order to clamp the head of the strip running onto the run-up slope in a clamping position. An actuator (13) is pivoted to clamp the run-up slope in a clamping position. A portion of head of strip that protrudes into gap is plastically deformed by a two-section bending tool. An independent claim is included for method for introducing metal strip into metal strip treatment plant.

Vorrichtung zum Einbringen eines von einer Abhaspelvorrichtung abgehaspelten Metallbandes in eine Metallband-Behandlungsanlage, umfassend: - einen Einfädeltisch (2), - einen ersten Teil (7) einer Klemmvorrichtung (3), welcher in einer auf dem Einfädeltisch (2) aufliegenden Position eine Auflaufschräge (6) für das abgehaspelte Metallband bildet, wobei die Position des Bandkopfes (4) festlegt war ist, - einen zweiten Teil (8) der Klemmvorrichtung (3), welcher am ersten Teil (7) schwenkbar ist, um den auf der Auflaufschräge (6) aufgelaufenen Bandkopf (4) in einer Klemmposition zu klemmen, - ein zweiteiliges Biegewerkzeug (14) mittels dessen der in den Spalt (17) ragende Teil des Bandkopfes (4) plastisch verformbar ist.
