Abstract (en)
The prefabricated component has an insulating body (1), which is designed as a precast component. The tensile bars (2) distributed over a length are inserted in the insulating body. The recesses (7) are arranged in the lower area of the insulating body for thrust bearings with reduced heat conductivity. The anchoring projections are arranged on toothed washers (4), which are inserted in slots (13,13a) of the insulating body over its length in a distributed manner. The plastic material of the toothed washer consists of polyamide-die casting or is reinforced with finely dispersed glass fibers.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Fertigbauteil als Anschlusselement für eine auskragende Balkonplatte, bestehend aus einem als vorgefertigtes Bauteil ausgebildeten Dämmkörper, wobei in diesen über die Länge verteilt angeordnete Zugstäbe einlegbar sind und im unteren Bereich des Dämmkörpers Ausnehmungen für Drucklager mit geringer Wärmeleitfähigkeit und hoher Druckfestigkeit angeordnet sind und über die Außenseite des Dämmkörpers vorspringende zahnartige Verankerungsvorsprünge vorgesehen sind, wobei die Verankerungsvorsprünge an Zahnscheiben angeordnet sind, und wobei die Zahnschreiben in Schlitzen des Dämmkörpers eingesetzt sind und die Drucklager aus einem Kunststoffgitterelement bestehen.
