[origin: WO2011001119A1] The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an assembly in a supporting structure, consisting of fibrous material parts (7, 8) forming an at least partially hollow elongate element (10) with a longitudinal axis of symmetry (9) defining an inner area (11) and an outer area (12) characterized in that the method involves producing, on both end portions (13) of the hollow element, a densification so as to exert, on each of the two end portions of the hollow elongate element, pulling forces located outside and in opposite directions from each other along the longitudinal axis thereof in order to generate an axial prestressing force having a predetermined value, and to keep the hollow elongate element in said prestressing state during the use of the assembly in the structure. The invention also relates to the assemblies produced by said method and to the structures using such assemblies.
