Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2449942A2] The dishwasher has a program portion for dissolving fat deposition on to-be-cleaned and/or dried dishes. A hydraulic circuit recirculates rinsing water heated by a heater to a fat release temperature during the program portion for dissolving fat deposition. The heater performs intermittent operation of the heating in which the rinsing water is heated to fat release temperature for preset time period from feeding process of rinsing water to evacuating process of rinsing water. An independent claim is included for method for operating of dishwasher.
