Producing tube, comprises coating a support element (1) using a thermal spraying method, with a coating material comprising a material of subsequently molded tube, and releasing the coating from the support element to form the tube. The spray angle with which the coating material is sprayed on the support element, is selected such that a low adhesion of the coating is obtained on the support element.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Rohres (10), wobei ein Trägerelement (1) mittels eines thermischen Spritzverfahrens beschichtet wird, wobei als Beschichtungswerkstoff das Material des später ausgeformten Rohres (10) gewählt wird, und wobei die das Rohr (10) bildende Beschichtung (5) vom Trägerelement (1) gelöst wird, wobei der Spritzwinkel (8), unter dem der Beschichtungwerkstoff auf das Trägerelement (1) gespritzt wird, derart gewählt wird, dass eine geringe Haftung der Beschichtung (5) auf dem Trägerelement (1) erzielt wird.
