Abstract (en)
A new core die is produced by producing ceramic core using initial core die, casting using ceramic ore, and carrying out specification measurements on obtained cast component in which when cast component deviates from desired values, initial core die is not modified but the ceramic core is in turn produced using the same initial core die and ceramic core is processed to form a modified core. The modified core is used for casting until the modification of ceramic core or modified core have the effect that cast component complies with the required specifications.

Durch die iterative Modifikation des keramischen Kerns ohne Veränderung des Kernwerkzeugs kann ein optimaler Kern ermittelt werden ohne jedes Mal das Kernwerkzeug zu modifizieren. In einem letzten Schritt wird mit dem optimalen Kern ein optimales Kernwerkzeug hergestellt.
