[origin: EP2450481A1] Device (1) comprises a dispenser assembly (7) for output and a separating device (9) for cutting the fiber bands (6), a conveying device for conveying at least one layer of juxtaposed fiber bands to a bonding device and a transport device for depositing of the cut fiber bands on the conveyor, where the separating device is a knife (10) with a cutting edge which is displaced in the direction of extension of the cutting edge. An independent claim is also included for producing mono- or multi-axial fiber band comprising removing the fiber band with a predetermined length from a dispenser assembly, cutting the fiber band, storing the cut fiber band besides the already laid fibrous bands on a conveyor device and solidifying the adjacent fiber bands, where the fiber band has a cutting edge of a knife with a drawing cut in the thickness direction for cutting.
