Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2450520A2] The door element has a door leaf, where a hinge and a closing element are arranged. An air supply channel (Z) and an air exhaust channel (A) are formed in the door leaf, where one of the channels has a fan (V). The air supply channel and the air exhaust channel are fluidically separated, where a channel opening is formed on both sides of the door leaf. An independent claim is also included for a ventilation system, particularly a controlled ventilation system for a building.
