[origin: EP2450523A2] The drive (1) has a controller (5) attached to a drive motor (4). A closure element (2) e.g. roller shutter, sunblind, window shutter, awning, sliding gate and roller blind, is motorically adjustable between open- and closed positions (6, 7) during normal operation in an operating mode of the controller. An automatic programming cycle is provided for the closed- and open positions in an installation mode of the controller and activated or released by detection of user-controlled motoric adjustment of the closure element in the open position with corresponding tightening of the element.
