Abstract (en)
The pump (2) has a housing (5) made of a drum (10) with a base (11) and comprising an open end (12) at a side turned toward the base. A cover (14) with a hole (20) for passage of a rotor shaft (7) is used at an open side, which is turned away from the base. A bearing (22) is provided at outer circumference of the drum, and a belt pulley collar (26) is supported on the bearing. A coupling disk (30) is rotated and detached from the belt pulley collar and connected with the belt pulley collar in a torque proof manner. The coupling disk comprises an opening.

Wasserpumpe (2) für eine Verbrennungskraftmaschine (1) besteht aus einem Gehäuse (5), einer Rotorwelle (7) mit Pumprotor (6) und einer mit der Welle (7) verbundenen Riemenscheibe zum Antrieb der Pumpe mittels eines Treibriemens (27). Um die Wasserpumpe ohne Abnehmen des Treibriemens zerlegen zu können, und mit einem einzigen Lager eine stabile Lagerung der Rotorwelle zu erreichen, ist das Gehäuse (5) eine Trommel (10) mit einem Boden (11) und einem offenen Rand (12) mit einem Deckel (14), sitzt ein Lager (22), auf dem ein Riemenscheibenkranz (26) gelagert ist, am äußeren Umfang der Trommel (10), und ist eine Kuppelscheibe (30) mit dem Riemenscheibenkranz (26) und mit dem Pumprotor (6) drehfest und abnehmbar verbunden.
