[origin: EP2450630A2] The device has a gas guiding line (18) arranged between a gas supply pipe (3) and a gas discharge line (16). Regulating valves (10, 11) are arranged in the gas guiding line. A gas supply control line (19) is arranged parallel to the supply line, where a control volume (9) is provided in the control line. The volume is closed at one side by a membrane (8) that is connected with the gas discharge line. Piezo inlet and outlet valves (6, 7) are arranged downstream and upstream of the volume in the control line. A movable part of one of the regulating valves is connected with the membrane. The piezo inlet and outlet valves are formed as 3-way valves. The piezo outlet valve is formed as a 2-way valve. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for adjusting a gas flow (2) a method for measuring input pressure of a gas flow.
