Abstract (en)
The method involves determining change of moisture content of drying goods by a sensor. Heating power of contact and radiation plates (8, 10) of a temperature control device (6) and/or vacuum pressure are continuously adapted by a regulating and/or control device. A drying end point of the drying goods is determined by another sensor. Drying processes are ended during discharge of the drying goods from a process chamber (3) by a transport unit i.e. belt strap (4), while the chamber is evacuated and loaded for proximate drying course. Temperature of the drying goods is optically monitored. An independent claim is also included for a drying device for performing a method for operating a drying device for gentle drying of sensitive drying goods.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Trocknungsvorrichtung (1) zur schonenden Trocknung eines insbesondere empfindlichen Trocknungsgutes, wobei die Trocknungsvorrichtung (1) wenigstens eine Druckänderungseinrichtung (2) und wenigstens ein Transportmittel (4) aufweist, mittels dessen das Trocknungsgut in mindestens eine Heizzone (5) eines Prozessraums (3) der Trocknungsvorrichtung (1) gefördert wird, in welcher wenigstens eine Temperiereinrichtung (6) den Feuchtegehalt des Trocknungsguts ändert. Um für unterschiedlich, empfindliche Trocknungsgüter produktschonende, optimierte, quasi-kontinuierliche Vakuumtrocknung erreichen zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, bestimmte Prozessparameter in jeder Phase der Trocknung kontinuierlich automatisch anzupassen. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.
