[origin: WO2011003375A1] The invention relates to an arrangement (32) for monitoring operation of a computation network (28), which comprises a number of regionally distributed computation centres (12, 16, 20, 24), wherein it is provided that electrical power for operation of the computation centres (12, 16, 20, 24) is provided by respective regionally distributed power suppliers (14, 18, 22, 26) in a power network (30), wherein the arrangement (32, 38) has at least one power monitoring entity (34, 40, 42) which is designed to determine a potential and/or current power demand of at least one computation centre (12, 16, 20, 24), to compare those with a correspondingly regionally provided available power, and to distribute the computation power to be produced by the computation network (28) to the at least one computation centre (12, 16, 20, 24) corresponding to the available regional power.
